The Reverend Robert P. Hagan, O.S.A.

Reverend Robert P. Hagan, O.S.A. is currently the Associate Athletic Director at Villanova University with oversight responsibilities for the Sports Medicine department, as well as various staff and personnel matters related to Villanova’s 24 sports teams, staff, coaches and approximately 500 student athletes. Fr. Rob is also teaching two courses at Villanova: “Business and Professional Communication” and “The Leadership Institute.” Father Rob serves as prison chaplain at the Chester State Correctional Institution, as well as for Villanova University’s Men’s Basketball and Football teams.

Prior to entering the Order of Saint Augustine, Father Rob practiced law for several years at Gillin and Associates in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties. Father Rob specialized in Criminal Defense as well as Contract Negotiation and Litigation.

Father Rob received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University in 1987, a J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1990, and a Master’s in Divinity from the Washington Theological Union in 2003.
