Christine M. Zampell '75
Christine M. Zampell ’75 and her husband, James C. Zampell ’75 own and operate several related business entities under the umbrella of Zampell Companies, which include the flagships of Zampell Refractories, ZAR-Tech, Zampell Building Services and Custodial Partners.
Along with her work in the family business, Christine brings years of experience working and volunteering in education to the Board of Trustees. Christine has previously taught science in the Andover Public Schools and at St. Mary of the Annunciation School in Danvers, Massachusetts. While at St. Mary's, she initiated and coordinated a science lab program for all grade levels.
Currently, Christine serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Wenham Museum in Wenham, Massachusetts and serves on the North Shore Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Christine's previous board service includes the Board of Directors for Our Lady of Nazareth Academy in Wakefield, Massachusetts, the Bishop Fenwick High School Advisory Board, and the St. Mary of the Annunciation School Board. Christine and her husband are former members of the Advisory Council for the Institute of Church Life at the University of Notre Dame.
Christine received a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in Biology from Merrimack College and performed graduate work in microbiology at the University of New Hampshire.
