Merrimack Monitors H1N1 Flu

Merrimack College is working closely with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and our local town health departments to monitor H1N1 flu conditions and make decisions about the best steps to take concerning our community.  We follow their guidelines and keep our students, faculty, staff and administration informed of any significant information by email and the Hamel Health web page.

To date, we have corresponded in many ways with our students and their families to highlight the importance of good hand hygiene, signs and symptoms of the flu, and the guidelines if they believe they may have the flu.

The following links may be helpful in answering any questions you have, but if you have additional questions or concerns about the H1N1 Flu, please call the Health Center at 978-837-5441.

Also, if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, we ask that you email flu@merrimack.edu so we can track illness on campus. Thank you for your efforts.
