Fee-Based Computer Repair Program

 

Eligible: Faculty, Staff, Students and Administrators
Availability: During Support Hours
Support: Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
                Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
                Saturday,  Closed
                Sunday, 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.

In partnership with Micros Northeast, ITS provides a drop-off point at the Help Desk for fee based computer repairs, for non-college supported computers. Micros Northeast provides free diagnostics and repair cost estimates for IBM/Lenovo, Toshiba and Apple computers.

No loaners are provided.
