Laptop Program Features

All participants in the program receive the following benefits: 

  • Accidental Insurance Coverage, including spills and damage
    theft not included
  • Problem Diagnostics and Software resolution by Merrimack ITS Staff
  • Walk-In Service Center conveniently located in the McQuade Library
    extended weekday hours & open on weekends 
  • Installation of school supported software
  • Logistics handling for warranty repairs
  • Loaner laptops issued while repairs are in process

Laptops chosen for the program are machines designed for durability and performance. They are lightweight, high performance machines.
