Network Account

(Also known as: AD Account, Username)

Eligible: Students, Employees
Availability: 24 Hours, Daily
Support: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
                Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
                Sunday, 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

The Network Account services provides an account and password that is used to access several campus computing services:

  • Computer login
  • Network Storage
  • MyMack
  • Blackboard
  • SafeConnect
  • Rave
  • VPN Access
  • Collegiatelink

Student Network Accounts are created automatically after initial enrollment. Student accounts will be deleted after withdrawal, dismissal, three unenrolled terms, or six months after graduation.

Employee Network Accounts are created automatically following entry into the Human Resources database. Employee Network Account access is removed on the last day of employment.

Network Account passwords are managed via the Password Management Service.
