Remote Access (VPN)

(Also known as: Remote Access, Virtual Private Network, GlobalProtect)

Eligible: Employees
Availability: 24 Hours, Daily
Support: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
                Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
                Sunday, 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

VPN Access permits an off-campus employee the ability to securely access on-campus computing resources as if they were on-campus.  IT-supplied software creates a secure virtual private network (VPN) tunnel from an off-campus computer into the campus network.
