Server Hosting Management

Eligible: Employees
Availability: 24 Hours, Daily
Support: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
                Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
                Sunday, 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

The Data Center can “host” your server by providing rack space, power, battery backup, environmental conditioning, and network connectivity in a secure room.

Windows server management can be provided for hosted servers covered by a hardware maintenance contract. Management includes hardware maintenance, operating system and layered product installation, configuration, and patching. The client is only responsible for application installation and maintenance.
