Get Started with IT

 

Account User Name and Password (MackApps.merrimack.edu)
Accounts are created the first business day after student/faculty/staff information is entered into the Administrative database. Accounts remain until you leave the college.This account gives you access to the college’s network, including email, Blackboard and the MyMACK system. First time users must enroll and reset their password before attempting to access any system at Merrimack College.

Laser printing (Printing)
is available in department offices.  

Voice Mail
To set up Voice Mail, Audio Web Conferencing, Mobile Devices, etc., see Telecommunications.

Enterprise & Administrative Software
For access to specific Administrative Systems required for your position (Jenzabar CARS/CS, Millennium, PowerFaids TargetX, etc.), contact your supervisor to obtain permissions.

Professional staff & student assistants are available to assist you.     
       Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
       Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
