If you have a college-owned computer or you’ve purchased your laptop through Merrimack’s Optional Laptop Program, bring it to the AskIt Help Desk. We will re-image your computer to completely eliminate the virus/spyware with minimal downtime.
If you’ve purchased your laptop outside of Merrimack College, call or stop by the AskIT Help Desk. We will provide best effort support and make further recommendations as needed.
