Donate for Service in Haiti

Merrimack is not only the newest member of Project Medishare’s family, but we don’t have another university that can duplicate your work and efforts.”

Marie Cherie
In-Country Director
Project Medishare for Haiti

Traveling to Haiti is expensive and students need support to make this happen. If you would like to help Merrimack students use their talents and expertise to save lives and improve the health and well-being of the Haitian people, donate online at www.merrimack.edu\donate4service or send a check to Merrimack College A8, 315 Turnpike Street, North Andover, MA 01845 and include the word “Haiti” on the memo line.

Campus Ministry will work with all involved to understand the spiritual, human, moral, and personal responsibilities to serve with compassion rather than condescension and as true partners in mutual collaboration with the people who have as much to offer us as we have to offer them.

This initiative is exactly what a Contemporary Catholic College should be about. We have so much more to offer than just good will and desire to help. Involvement with this project will offer our students incredible professional training and experience that will serve them very well in their futures while also having an eye-opening and life changing experience of a world very different from what we are used to. That is how work for justice should be — be changed by changing the lives of others for the better.”
