Adjunct Instructor, Introduction to Nutrition

Position Overview:  The School of Health Sciences invites applications for part-time adjunct instructors to teach Introduction to Nutrition.  This course is taken by Health Science, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Nutrition, and Public Health majors. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree and at least two years’ experience teaching at the college level. The instructor should have the knowledge and skills to engage students in the many fields and topics related to the course. The Spring Semester 2018 will run from January 22 through May 11. 

Introduction to Nutrition meets Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 8am - 9:15am.
