Adjunct Lecturer, Operations Management

Position Overview:  The Girard School of Business at Merrimack College is seeking applicants for the position of Adjunct Lecturer to teach BUS2220 Operations Management in the Spring 2017 semester.

This is a required course for all Business majors. The course is designed to provide students majoring in business administration with an overview of the concepts, methodologies, and applications of operations management (OM). The principal responsibilities of operations managers lie in making sound, cost-effective decisions that increase the productivity and competitiveness of both manufacturing and service organizations.

Classes begin on January 19, 2017 with finals ending May 12, 2017 .

Qualifications: Master’s degree in business or related area, Ph.D. preferred. College teaching experience preferred, although related work experience may be considered.
