Reporting Units

The provost has oversight of Merrimack College’s four schools —the Girard School of Business, School of Liberal Arts, School of Science and Engineering, and School of Education and Social Policy — as well as the Office of the Registrar; the general education and honors programs; McQuade Library; the Academic Success Center; the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning; and the graduate studies and professional studies programs.

  • An eclectic mix of majors and minors designed to strengthen students’ communication, critical thinking and reasoning skills.
  • A convenient way for those with busy lives to earn a degree, either full- or part-time.
  • Serves as the college’s primary center of information resources and customized instruction.
  • Merrimack’s core curriculum provides all students with essential knowledge about the world through the varied lenses of the humanities, sciences and social sciences.
