Clery Act Crime Categories - There are four general categories of crimes that are included in Clery Statistics. The information in this link can be used as a reference while completing the Campus Security Authority Reporting Form.

Location Categories - The Clery Act requires institutions to disclose statistics for reported crimes based on where the crimes occurred, to whom the crimes were reported, the types of crimes that were reported, and the year in which the crimes were reported. We must disclose statistics for reported Clery Act crimes that occur (1) on campus, (2) on public property within or immediately adjacent to the campus, and (3) in or on non-campus buildings or property that the Merrimack College owns
or controls.
