If you wish to appeal a parking ticket you may complete the form online, print it, and bring it to Police Services with the Parking Ticket.

If you wish to file a complaint against an officer whose response to a call did not meet your expectations or you perceived to be inappropriate, you may print up the form below and complete it. Forms are also available in the front lobby of Police Services.
You must sign and return the form within 30 days of the incident.
