How to pick up Parcels
Students are notified via a package slip in their mailbox when parcels are received for them; parcels may be picked up at the window during open hours with this slip and a photo ID. Accountable parcels require a photo ID and a signature. Students who are unable to pick up packages during open window hours, such as students working off campus for a Co-Op semester, for example, have two options for claiming parcels: 1. parcels can be forwarded to Campus Police Services, located in the Monican Center, basement level, or 2: students may designate another person to claim packages for them. Contact the Campus Post Office in writing or via e-mail to request either option. Urgent overnight shipments that must arrive on Saturday may be addressed c/o Campus Police Services, Monican Center Basement, as well, and can be picked up there with a photo ID on weekends at any time.
