Living on Campus

On-campus housing is guaranteed for all first year students who complete the housing questionnaire by July 1, 2016 at 11:59 PM EST.

The housing questionnaire for incoming first year students is now available, and will remain open through July 1, 2016 at 11:59 PM EST. For transfer students, the housing questionnaire will be open until all transfer students requesting housing have been placed. Incoming first year and transfer students complete the online housing questionnaire to be matched with roommates.The housing questionnaire must be completed in order for students to be assigned housing. For those incoming first-year students who do not submit a completed questionnaire, a Late Housing Questionnaire will become available on Tuesday, July 5, 2016. Incoming first year students who do not complete the questionnaire by 11:59 PM on Friday, July 1, 2016 but wish to be a resident student will receive housing; however, they will not receive their placement at the same time as those who complete the questionnaire on time.

The Housing Questionnaire for incoming transfer students will remain open until all resident transfers have been placed.

Students will need to activate their Merrimack College issued e-mail and portal accounts to log into myMack and complete the housing questionnaire. Follow MackApps instructions for first time users to enroll in the password management system, change your Merrimack College password, and activate your Merrimack email. Contact the Office of Admission at 978-837-5100 or admission@merrimack.edu with questions.

Residence Life staff will be available at June Orientation check in to answer any questions about housing.To change your status from resident to commuter or commuter to resident, make this request in writing to the Office of Admission, admission@merrimack.edu.

First year students typically live in Deegan HallAsh Centre, and Monican Centre. A full listing of the room and board pricing can be found on the Bursar’s Office website.

New students are able to request housing accommodations based on diagnosed medical need. Accommodations requests and accompanying documentation is due to the Disabilities Services Office on July 1, 2016. Requests received after this date will be reviewed, however please note that space is limited. More information can be found on the Disabilities Services website.
