Hello newest Warriors! The Office of Residence Life is thrilled to welcome you to the Merrimack community, and has prepared some important information about living on campus. In order to secure a space in on-campus housing, submit a $700.00 enrollment deposit by the date in your admission letter. See the Admission website or contact the Office of Undergraduate Admission for deposit instructions.
New international students will arrive on January 16, 2018 and new domestic students will arrive on January 19, 2018! International students will check in with International Student Support, 310 Sakowich Campus Center upon arrival between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. After 4:30 PM, international students should check in at the Merrimack College Police Department, located behind Monican Centre.
Domestic students will check in at the McWuade Library between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM. Domestic students arriving between 11:30 AM and 4:30 PM will check in at the Office of Residence Life, 370 Sakowich Campus Center. After 4:30 PM, international students should check in at the Merrimack College Police Department, located behind Monican Centre.
Medical Housing Accommodations
New students are able to request housing accommodations based on diagnosed medical need. Requests for non-academic accommodations and accompanying documentation are due to the Accessibility Services Office on January 12, 2018. Requests received after this date will be reviewed, but may not be determined as able to be reasonably accommodated. More information can be found on the Accessibility Services website.
