The Northeast Consortium of Colleges and Universities in Massachusetts (NECCUM) Council of Presidents announces the establishment of five NECCUM Scholarships for the 2009-2010 academic year. The focus of the scholarships is to recognize the academic achievement of students moving from NECCUM two-year institutions (Marian Court College, Middlesex Community College, Northern Essex Community College, North Shore Community College) to full-time study at NECCUM four-year institutions (Endicott College, Gordon College, Merrimack College, Montserrat College of Art, Salem State, UMass-Lowell). Each Scholarship is worth $2000 per academic year.
