Graduate Programs
Merrimack College offers a Master of Education Degree in Early Childhood Education, PreK-2, Elementary Education 1-6, Teacher of Students with Moderate Disabilities, PreK-8, or as a Teacher of English as a Second Language, PreK-6. There are eight M.Ed. Programs of Study for candidates who hold a Bachelor Degree. In addition, Merrimack offers a five-year program for undergraduates who would like to continue their studies and enter a Master Degree Program for the purpose of becoming a licensed teacher, or for pursuing an advanced program of study.
Merrimack also offers a Licensure Program for career changers who already hold a Bachelor Degree and seek teacher licensure.
The Graduate Institute for Teachers offers a wide array of innovative, active and content-rich programs for teachers in public, private, and religious schools, K-12. The Institute awards Massachusetts PDPs, New Hampshire CEUs, and non degree graduate credits.
Through a partnership with Suffolk University, individuals can have the convenience of pursuing full-time and part-time MBA programs on the Merrimack College campus. These include the traditional MBA degree, the Accelerated MBA for Attorneys, and the Accelerated MBA for CPAs.
