Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School offers you the convenience of pursuing full-time and part-time MBA programs on the Merrimack College campus in North Andover. These include the traditional MBA degree, the Accelerated MBA for Attorneys, the Accelerated MBA for CPAs or the Accelerated MBA for Previous Business Majors.

Begin with a 1-credit simulation, MBA 600 Effective Career Planning, used by select business schools across the country. Role-play decision-makers in a global company as it faces operational and strategic challenges across all functional areas.

Focus on business competencies in core courses: accounting, finance, marketing, information technology, economics, statistical methods/operations management, organizational behavior, and business law/ ethics.

Learn about international business, trends, the forces of global competition, and the challenges facing companies with a culturally diverse client or employee base. Managing in a Global Environment is a required course specifically designed to provide you with the skill set required for managers in today’s global economy.

Eight (8) electives provide an excellent opportunity to customize your MBA with a specialization in:

  • Accounting, Finance, Organizational Behavior, Business Law, Health Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Taxation, Non-Profit Management, International Business or Corporate Financial Executive

Experience the MBA EDGE Program on the Boston Campus. This program provides the professional development complement to your classroom experience: networking events, a luncheon series with corporate executives, and professional image workshops. Suffolk MBA at Merrimack students often come to Boston to take advantage of the EDGE program. Additionally, professional development and networking opportunities are offered throughout the year in the North Andover area for students and prospective students.

Merrimack College campus in North Andover

  • Year-round schedule of classes starting in September, January, May and July.
  • Classes typically meet once per week in Fall and Spring or twice per week in intensive summer sessions.
  • Weeknight classes meet 6–8:45 pm.
  • Saturday morning and afternoon classes are available.

All students have the flexibility to enroll at other off-site locations, at Boston, and/or Online.

  • More than 90% of the 70+ full-time faculty hold the PhD degree.
  • With significant business experience, they bring today’s business issues directly into the classroom.
  • Full-time and adjunct faculty teach all Suffolk MBA courses in Boston and at off-site locations; you will never have a TA (Teaching Assistant) for a Suffolk MBA class.
