Best Practices in Project Management - The Essentials consists of a series of modules that over the course of 2 days will take you from initiating a project to its closure. Combined with the classroom approach that encourages attendee participation and interaction, there are a series of exercises that directly support the goals and learning objectives of this class. These exercises increase attendee understanding of the material to help students to successfully apply it back in the workplace.
