Professional Experience

Andrew has over 15 years of combined academic and industry experience. Inspired by his passion for applying academic research to practical investment solutions Andrew co-founded Cognis Group LLC, in 2011 - a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with the State of Massachusetts that provides retirement consulting and lifetime income solutions to plan sponsors and participants.  Andrew is also a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Risk Manager (FRM).

He is a member of the CFA Institute, Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Financial Planning Association (FPA), Retirement Income Industry Association (RIIA), American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), and the Boston Security Analysts Society (BSAS).
