Graduate Academic Resources


McQuade Library

Rich in traditional print materials, media, and digital resources, the McQuade Library provides work spaces for groups as well as quiet corners for solitary study. Access to library materials is available via the library website (www.merrimack.edu/library). Off-campus access to e-books, online journals, and other web-based resources is also available. Research help is available via email, chat, telephone, and in person Monday - Friday 8:30 to 10:00 a.m.; Saturday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.; and Sunday 1 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Tickets for hockey and football games are discounted for students. All other sports are free of charge excluding post-season (Northeast-10 Conference & NCAA Tournament).

Fitness Center
24 hours daily, 978-837-3514
Located on the first and second floors of the Sakowich Campus Center, the fitness area offers cardio equipment, free weights, circuit training, aerobics/dance studio, indoor jogging/walking track, and basketball courts. Merrimack students have free use of all fitness facilities with a
valid Merrimack ID.

Health and Counseling Services - The Hamel Health Center

Students can make appointments for confidential health and counseling services during business hours, Monday - Friday, by calling the Office Manager at 978-837-5441. Students are able to walk in to the Center for urgent matters and to schedule appointments. A counselor-on-call is available 24-7 for students in crisis.

Merrimack students have access to the IT Help Desk at no charge. It is the first point of contact for support on use of the technology available on campus and general purpose software questions.

International Programs

Post Office

Operated as a contract unit of the U.S. Postal Service, the campus post office functions as a college mail and shipping center. UPS shipping and packaging assistance are also available.

Rogers Center for the Arts
Box Office, 978-837-5355
Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Students may purchase discounted tickets for events with their ID by stopping by or calling the Box Office or online. The Rogers Center also offers Student Rush, enabling students presenting an ID to purchase a ticket for most events for $5 beginning 60 minutes before show time.

Bursar

Statements of student accounts are mailed to the student’s home address approximately once per calendar month, and are available on the web from the student’s myMack account. Students are expected to maintain their accounts in good standing and should seek guidance in the event that full payment of tuition and fees may be delayed.

The Office of Financial Aid is committed to assisting students in achieving their educational goals. Merrimack College offers a variety of resources, including institutional, federal, and state funds. Students are encouraged to visit the office with any questions.
