    John Kaag, Professor of Philosophy at UMass Lowell, will discuss themes from his critically acclaimed book, “American Philosophy: A Love Story.”

    Dr. Sandra Raponi’s PHL3030 Global Justice class will showcase their work.  Topics will include the Syrian refugee crisis and our duties to refugees, climate change justice, world poverty, and forced labor, sweatshops, and international trade justice.

    Come and meet the Faculty working on Social Justice problems in their classes. Rabbi Howard Mandell, currently teaching one of the SOJ1000 sections will talk about his involvement in civil rights activism through his law practice and his involvement with the Southern Poverty Law Center.
