Chris Troisi graduated from Merrimack College in 2008 with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Computer Engineering. He came to Merrimack College after graduating from Woburn High School in Woburn, MA. He decided on Merrimack College because he liked the size, location, and comfortable setting along with a good range of majors to choose from. He majored in CS because he loves the technology and how far and fast it has advanced in recent years. His favorite courses were those associated with the Computer Engineering Minor especially Embedded Processor Design and the final project. This allowed him to use both aspects of computer science and engineering to create something in the real world. Given his interest in music, he designed and built an electronic guitar tuner. He also held a co-op position at Aires Systems in N. Andover, MA which creates online medical journals. He did web page design and used many different programming languages in his job. He now has a full time job Aires Systems, but he eventually would like to get more into game design and programming. Chris also enjoys video games, listening to and playing music, athletics (he was a offensive lineman for all 4 years), and is a car enthusiast.
