International Next Steps
Congratulations! You did it! Merrimack is home to students from all around the world - 22 countries to be exact!
We are excited that you may be joining the community. Here are some next steps to help you along your college decision process.
Step 1: Deposit
Now that you are accepted, submit a deposit by following the instructions in your admissions letter to secure your spot as a Merrimack student.
Your deposit accepts the offer of admission to Merrimack College and is credited towards your 2013-2014 bill. The deadline for submitting your deposit is August 16, 2013 and is non-refundable after that date. Make it official!
Step 2. Complete your I-20 requirements
In addition to your deposit, we must have a copy of the following items before an I-20 can be issued:
- a copy of your passport
- official, notarized financial documentation Notarized financial documentation can come from family sources, international scholarship agencies or government sponsors, and should certify that funds are on deposit/available to meet costs for one academic year of study. For the 2012-2013 academic year these costs are $47,339.00.
| Tuition | $32,720.00 |
| Room & Board | $11,690.00 |
| Books & Health Insurance | $1,729.00 |
| Comprehensive Fee | $1,200.00 |
