One of Sara's favorite things about Merrimack is the Cooperative Education Program. In her co-op position as a sales and marketing assistant for Dynamic Research Corporation, “I've done a lot of cool things,” she said, like preparing sales orders, working on a company newsletter, and handling direct mail projects.
“The co-op program is a great way for you to use what you learn in class on the job,” she said.
During her co-op, Sara received an achievement award for excellence in the workplace. “It's a nice feeling to know that I've been useful, while at the same time I've learned so much,” she said. “I feel more prepared for the future because of my opportunities at Merrimack.”
