Recruiting Program

The Merrimack College Job Search and Recruiting Program is available to all students. Our programs include resume referral and on-campus recruiting through our web-based recruiting system ADVANTAGE, as well as services for off-campus job search assistance. Our staff is available to assist students, in every way necessary, to learn how to secure employment upon graduation and in the future.

Our web-based recruiting system called Advantage contains positions from over 200 companies, ranging from small start-up firms to government agencies, non-profit organizations and Fortune 500 corporations. The organizations that work with us usually have internships, co-ops and entry level posit for graduating seniors. Many companies will review the submitted resumes in Advantage for interview selection at their location, or  on-campus at Merrimack.

In addition to the companies represented in Advantage, there are numerous other employers w contact us during the year with various openings. These new job postings are posted in Advantage so students are urged to visit the site regular

Many companies recruiting on campus will arrange with us to have an information session on campus, usually on the day prior to the scheduled interviews. These sessions are an excellent opportunity for students to learn more about the job for which they are applying, the company, its culture and the people who work there. It also affords representatives of the company a chance to meet interviewees in a more informal setting.

Companies are added to the calendar continually throughout the year. Seniors are encouraged to log on to ADVANTAGE daily.
