Career Services’ resources and workshops are open to all Merrimack College students including graduate students!
Students can view our events page by going to events page All events advertised are open to all campus community members.
Students are welcome to call or stop by to make an appointment with a career counselor to discuss:
- Resume critiques
- Cover letter writing
- Discover interview techniques
- Develop a career plan
Additional resources include use of Advantage, a job search module that also provides a resource library, events page and the ability to upload resumes for review. Graduate Students can use InterviewStream to participate in mock interviews from your own home. All that a student will need is a webcam, computer and internet. We advise students take our FOCUS assessment, this tool will effectively assist students in ensuring they are on the right path towards the future they imagine.
Prior to their student teaching semester all Graduate School of Education students are required to take the MTEL’s. For more information please visit http://www.mtel.nesinc.com. Below are the dates for 2012:
