Discussion: What Can We Learn from 50 Shades of Grey?

3:30pm - 5:00pm EDT March 25, 2015

McQuade Auditorium

Join us for a very interactive discussion in a safe space to explore questions you may have about 50 Shades such as: How is 50 Shades of Grey related to our lives, dreams, hopes, fears, and/or disappointments? What does an ideal romantic relationship look like? Why don’t our romantic relationships have more equality, mutuality, and emotional intimacy? What would nourish more mutual, intimate romantic relationships? What can 50 Shades of Grey teach us about social justice?
Prof. Rob Koegel (Sociology) will facilitate the discussion.
