The improbable world of Buster Keaton is displayed with all its manic energy. Buster acquires a hopelessly outdated movie camera, and expects to make a living as a news cameraman in Manhattan. His enthusiasm leads to wild adventures in movie-news gathering, but his absentmindedness always dooms him to failure.
