Speaker Series: Lara Logan-60 Minutes Correspondent

Lara Logan is a 60 Minutes Correspondent and CBS News Foreign Affairs Correspondent. Her bold reporting from war zones for more than two decades has earned her a prominent spot among the world’s best foreign correspondents.

Most recently, Logan received the John F. hogan Distinguished Service Award from RTDNA, followed by her second Emmy award.  She has been the recipient of the prestigious Daniel Pearl Award for Outstanding International Investigative Reporting, the David Bloom Award for excellence in enterprise reporting in 2008, and the 2007 Association of International Broadcasters’ Best International News Story Award for her report on the Taliban.  She has won an Overseas Press Club Award and twice received the RTDNA/Edward R. Murrow Award for her reporting in Iraq and Afghanistan.
