Joseph J. Fahey will present “Catholic Employers and Workers’ Rights: Problems and Possibilities.”
Panel respondents to his presentation:
Jeffrey Doggett, chief of staff to the president, Merrimack College and former V.P. for Government and Community Affairs, Northeastern University;
Allyson Every, executive director of the Labor Guild, Archdiocese of Boston, which operates the School of Labor-Management Relations;
Padraic O’Hare, professor of Religious and Theological Studies, Merrimack College, will chair the event.
Refreshments will be served. Attendance is free and open to the public.
Joseph Fahey is a professor of Religious Studies at Manhattan College and founder and chairman of the international association, Catholic Scholars for Worker Justice, a renown peace educator, a co-founder and former General Secretary of Pax Christi, and author and editor of numerous books including War and the Christian Conscience: Where Do You Stand?
