Marie E. Galinski, Ed.D., retired in June 2013 as Superintendent of the Beverly Public Schools, culminating 19 years in public education. During those years, Dr. Galinski served as the Assistant Superintendent for the Beverly Public Schools and an elementary, middle school, and high school principal in the Worcester Public Schools. She also served 24 years in private education for the Archdiocese of Boston as a middle school teacher and principal in Lynnfield, Haverhill, and Andover. Dr. Galinski has taught as an adjunct professor for more than 23 years at Salem State and Worcester State Universities before coming to Merrimack College. Dr. Galinski serves as a consultant for the Bay State Reading Institute and the Massachusetts Department of Education Performance Assessment for Leaders.
