SIE Special Awards
Congratulations to our students who received special awards during the Sigma Iota Epsilon Honor Society ceremony. During the induction ceremony on April 6th, 2014 the Girard School of Business handed out the following special awards:
SIE Continued Excellence Award
Recipients: Alyssa Rollins & Anthony Simonelli
This award is in recognition of those who have earned a membership in SIE during their undergraduate studies, joined Merrimack’s graduate program, and continued to excel at the graduate level by maintaining the minimum graduate GPA required by SIE. This minimum GPA at the graduate level is actually higher than at the undergraduate level. It goes from a 3.25 at the undergraduate level to a 3.5 at the graduate level.
Philip Lee Memorial Award
Recipients: Anthony Capobianco & Shane Simbeck
This award is given to the highest ranking Finance senior student. This year we had a tie.
Frederick W. Taylor Award
