Undergrads present research and creative projects at the Research and Creative Achievement Conference

Nearly 400 Merrimack students will present their research and creative projects at the First Annual Merrimack College Research and Creative Achievement Conference on Thursday, May 5, 2016 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the Lawler Rink in the Merrimack Athletics Complex and the Blue Line Club in the Merrimack Athletics Complex.

Organized by Michael J. Stroud, associate professor of psychology, with the assistance of a conference planning committee, the Research and Creative Achievement Conference gives students an opportunity to share their research and creative projects they have been working on this year with faculty advisors in one of four categories: Posters; Poster, iMovie; iMovie Presentations; and video and Oral Presentations.

“This event is the first ever gathering to combine work from all four schools as a celebration of our students’ work,” said Stroud. “Thus, the conference is the culmination of research and creativity across the entire college.”

Many students will present more than one project.

The entire Merrimack community is invited and encouraged to attend in support of our talented students and devoted faculty.
