Wasn’t it only a few weeks ago that the first of the roof trusses went up?
At the residence project, framing contractors were hard at work this week getting the roof of Building 1B sheathed, while simultaneously installing roof trusses on Building 1C, and laying out walls for Building 2. Plumbers, electricians, and the sprinkler contractor also continued their rough work on Building 1B. Building 1A was prepped to receive its first floor slab next week. The drainage work along Rockridge road also continued this week.
