Guest speaker Dr. Ann McKee, one of the leading authorities in the nation in the area of head injuries and concussions, recently spoke to a large audience of students and local residents about her research on brain injuries.
The lecture was sponsored by the Dept. of Health Science in the School of Science and Engineering. Dr. McKee is director of Neuropathology at New England Veterans Health Care System and Professor of Neurology and Pathology at BU School of Medicine. She is also director of Brain Banks and co-director of the Center for the Study of Traumatic Encephalopathy.
