Professional Experience

Travis is the Graduate Resident Director of St. Thomas, St. Ann, and Royal Crest Apartments, primarily housing juniors and seniors. Travis’s primary goal is to create an inclusive, open, and respectful community in which students can grow both personally and professionally. Outside of working in Residential Life, Travis enjoys musicals, movies, and reading.

Prior to working at Merrimack College, Travis spent three years filling three different RA roles within the University of Connecticut Residential Life department. Travis was part of the second cohort of the Resident Assistant for Social Justice Education (RASJE) program. Representing his staff, the goal of the program was to expand social justice competency and activism within the campus community. During his third year in the department, Travis served in the Senior Resident Assistant Role, where he served as the advisor for Hall Council and was the only RA Representative on the RA Training and Development Committee. Travis received his degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut.
