I am currently doing research in the area of team-based learning initiatives, management education, organization change and employee engagement. I am an active member of the National Academy of Management, Eastern Academy of Management and the Organizational Behavior Teaching Society.

Teaching

Dr. Parent teaches several courses across the management curriculum including Organizational Behavior, Ethics and Social Responsibility, Introduction to Business, and Sustainable Business Practices.

Dr. Parent has several years of industry experience in the fields of cost analysis, marketing and finance working for such companies as Northrop-Grumman, United Technologies, National Semiconductor and Siemens, AG.
