Professional Experience

A Minnesota native, Emily has worked in student affairs since 2010 where she began as a Graduate Assistant for the Office of Student Development at Seattle University and worked in conduct.  Before she became an Assistant Director, Emily served as a Residence Life Coordinator at Colorado College and a Residence Director/Co-Coordinator of Housing Operations at Emerson College.

Emily is the Assistant Director of Residential Operations. Her primary responsibilities include Housing Selection, supervising live-in staff, and working with Facilities and other campus partners to make sure our on-campus residence halls are safe, welcoming, and inclusive communities. She enjoys working in Residence Life because of the many opportunities to help students learn and grow on a holistic level outside the classroom.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys being in the mountains, going to Maine, spending time with her friends and family, practicing positive self-care, and exploring beautiful New England with her husband Will and their dog Moose.
