Raise the Roof!

The first roof is placed on the Student Residence Project.
This week at The Student Residence Project, booms were in the air Thursday with prefabricated roof trusses being placed for building 1B (right), and concrete pumping for the slab placement of building 2 (front). Now that the roof trusses are on, building 1B is open to other trades to begin coordinating plumbing, electrical and mechanical installation. The slab for building 1A will be prepared to receive concrete over the holiday weeks and drainage work continues on Rock Ridge Road. Once the drainage work is complete, the final foundation can be placed which will support building 3.
