Utility work moves along

At the Residence project, the site contractor continues utilizing winter break to get the utility work done off site.
On Tuesday there was a 20’ hole carefully dug in front of the Sakowich campus center to install the water quality structure. Plumbers and sprinkler contractors continued to rough in building 1B while the roof went on building 1C. Framers finished installing the first floor wall panels for building 2 (the largest building). On Wednesday the slab was placed for building 1A which will allow the framers to start on that next week. Now that the drainage work is almost complete, the site contractor can begin digging for the last buildings foundation.
