Business Professionals offer Coaching and Career Preparation during the Third Annual Executive Development Event

February 27, 2015
The event partners Merrimack alums and local professionals with Girard School graduate students to provide professional development advice

Executive Development is an annual career event hosted by the Girard School of Business for the graduate students in the Master of Science in Management and Accounting programs. As part of the event, Merrimack alums and area professionals help graduate students practice their interviewing and networking skills.  The professionals conduct mock interviews and offer constructive feedback to the students.  The students also get feedback on their ’30-second elevator pitch’ as part of a speed networking exercise.  The evening ends with a reception at the Merrimack Club, to give students and professionals the opportunity to network in a casual setting.
