Vanecia  joined Merrimack College as the Assistant Director of the O’Brien Center for Student Success, in March 0f 2011. Vanecia is passionate about assisting students with finding their niche’ and enjoys providing them with resources to educate them on becoming strategic and informed job seekers.

Vanecia  previously worked at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where during her tenure there she began as a Co-op Advisor to Construction Management and Civil Engineering Technology students, promoted into the role of Career Advisor to graduating seniors then concluded her time there as the Assistant Director of Career Advising.  Vanecia also has extensive experience in various areas of Human Resources such as; recruiting, unemployment insurance, employee benefits and workers compensation. Vanecia has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Framingham State University and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College.
