Leadership Development Programs
Leadership Development Programs are rotational programs within a company or organization. These programs allow an employer and employee to test the waters within a specific area within the company. The employee will gain experience in two or three areas and upon completion be placed in one of those areas. Most leadership development programs are 18-24 months and have a rigorous curriculum. These companies more than likely hire for internship and co-op opportunities as well. The internship and co-op programs are seen as pipeline for the Leadership Development Programs.
