How do I prepare for my on-campus interview?

Start by preparing your resume. Visit the resume section of the web for tips on how to get started. You can also come into the O’Brien Center during resume critique walk in hours to have your resume reviewed.

  • M 1:00-3:00 pm
  • T 1:00-3:00 pm
  • W 10:00am – 2:00 pm
  • TH 2:00-4:00 pm
  • F 12:00-2:00pm 

Learn everything you can about the organization (e.g., vision, location, size, structure, products and services, culture, customers, and competitors). Knowing more about the industry and the company will allow you to better respond to interview questions and will demonstrate that you are prepared and interested in the organization.

Practice will help you become more comfortable and confident in talking about yourself and your accomplishments. The O’Brien Center offers InterviewStream and other resources to help students develop interviewing skills.
