Nurse Advice Line
For students enrolled in any Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts plan, including the Merrimack College Student Health Insurance plan, the Blue Care Line is a free service that can be used when the Hamel Health and Counseling Center is closed. This service is for medical questions only and is not meant to provide emergency care. A registered nurse or other experienced health professional will help you decide whether to see your doctor, go to the emergency room or care for yourself at home.
For life-threatening medical emergencies:
- On Campus: Call Merrimack College Police, 978-837-5911
- Off Campus: Dial 911
