Position Overview: The School of Liberal Arts at Merrimack College is seeking applicants for the position of Adjunct Lecturer in Economics for the Fall 2021 semester to teach two sections of Principles of Microeconomics on campus. The meeting times are Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:00 - 3:15 PM and 4:00 - 5:15 PM. The Fall 2021 semester runs from August 30th until December 17th, 2021. The section cap is 30 students and the pay rate is $4,400 per section.
Qualifications: Ph.D. in Economics preferred; Ph.D. candidates with ABD status will be considered. At least two years of college teaching experience required of candidates applying with an MA. We are especially interested in applications from members of historically underrepresented groups and/or candidates who study and can teach about systemic inequalities.
